Darlene Tonelli is a lawyer and the founder of Inter Alia Law, a team of lawyers who support clients negotiating commercial agreements and protecting intellectual property on the cutting edge of the technology, media, and entertainment industries.

Inter Alia lawyers use their in-house legal experience and training from Canada’s largest law firms to help small companies and large companies alike address their legal needs in a practical, efficient, and value-driven manner.
