Grace Lee was appointed to Senior Vice President, Chief Data & Analytics Officer in October 2021. In this role, she is responsible for enabling and delivering impactful data and analytics solutions across the business that drive customer value, operational efficiencies, and risk-adjusted return.

Grace joined Scotiabank in March 2021 as Senior Vice President & Chief Analytics Officer. Prior to joining Scotiabank, Grace was a partner at EY where she led the Canadian firm’s Business Design and Commercial Transformation practice.

As a seasoned analytics professional with over 10 years of experience advising companies across North America in business and technology strategy, Grace is an advocate for innovation and business transformation with deep experience in driving strategic outcomes through data and analytics.

Grace holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Columbia University, New York.
